The MCIA Open Workshop Series: Weeks 3 & 4

2nd to last class today!

It’s been a very fruitful month for MCIA as The 2008 Open Workshop Series approaches its final days. Hundreds of excited faces, familiar and fresh alike, have made this season a huge success. I spoke with coordinator Patrick Villar, who expressed profuse gratitude for those who made it out to class. An excellently placed series amongst the budding talent of new anteaters, and a great start to a promising year for the dance community at UCI.

The final four: Melody, Sam, Marc, Kris

Week 3, last week, featured captain Melody Cruz and new choreographer Sam Lee on the beginning and advanced classes, respectively. The last chance for you to take advantage of this Irvine-based opportunity draws nigh as team choreographer Marc Dizon headlines today’s workshop, finishing the season with Kris Chow on Wednesday.
