Club Dancing
I went to a bar-slash-club for the first time in awhile on Saturday night, and I noticed this really interesting phenomenon. A lot of people on the dance floor did really weird things with their hands while they were dancing. I don’t mean touching each other or anything like that, but they made really interesting finger and palm combinations. It was like they had facials…for their hands. And the weirder their hands were, the less likely it was that they were a good dancer or had any rhythm. I’m not doing this to be mean, which is why I blocked out faces. Can anyone explain this interesting new theory? I am utterly fascinated. Has anyone else noticed this? See below for pictures and my analysis.

Girl on the right is trying to snap with her right hand and clap with her left. Hm. Girl on the left is pointing, doing the “Oooh look at those moves!” Girl in the middle just realized her friends can’t dance.

Now this guy is having an amazing time. That must be his 5th or 6th Long Island iced tea. With his hands, he’s saying, “I can hold my drink and rock out at the same time.” Girl on the left is trying to emulate the “rock out” hand, but is strugglin’.
What are your guys’ interpretations? I must figure these hands out…and figure out what relation weird hands have to dancing abilities.
